On the last weekend of August, our polder turns into a wellness festival. Two days, two worlds, one place: on Saturday, Afro Wellness Fest brings the world's first Afro wellness festival to the Netherlands; on Sunday, we celebrate the second edition of Dankjewellness Fest.
Saunas, ice baths, rituals, live music from three continents, food straight off the fire, and a community that feels like coming home. Come for a day — or make a weekender of it.

How it works
In 80 mins you switch between warmth, cold, and relaxing. The warmth opens, the cold refreshes, the stillness brings clarity. Time to relax, recharge, and be present. Good for your energy, mood, and sleep.
